Bubba's Dish of The Day

Peanut Butter Balls

I've always wanted to make peanut butter balls for Christmas. But every recipe I found it had too many ingredients or ingredients I had never heard of, until I found this recipe on Pinterest. The best thing about this recipe is it only has 3 ingredients! That is right, its quick, easy and so delicious you will be amazed at yourself.

1 package of nutter butter cookies
1 8oz softened cream cheese
1 package of chocolate bark (dipping chocolate)

Crush cookies (like picture) or if you have a grinder might be easier

Mix ground cookies and cream cheese until combines

Roll into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet or tray and refrigerate overnight or until firm

Break 3 pieces off of the chocolate bark at a time (this is easier than heating it up all at once) and heat in microwave. Drop each ball into the bowl cover with chocolate and place back on tray that is covered with was paper or drop in mini cupcake papers.

Then put back and refrigerator until set and eat when completely firm. These are rich and very delicious. Ray said these were great! But they were too rich for him but us ladies it is a must have. He did say that this recipe is one to make again. So, to my fellow readers let me know if you do try this recipe and how you would rate this recipe, if you would make it again or not!

From Bubba's Kitchen to Yours, as Paula Deen would say!

  1. they look delicious and also sound pretty easy to make -- I always dip nutter butter cookies in chocolate every year for Christmas and sprinkle them with Christmas colors while the chocolate is still soft -- they too are really good. I want to try the peanut butter balls because they look so good and easy to make. Thanks for posting another wonderful recipe. love you
