Our last day spent with our families
The morning was also a last of things. It was my last day of deer hunting. In my earlier sets you read me shooting at a deer and not getting it. It was very disappointing since this was the first time its ever happened to me. So being that this was my last set, I was determined I was gonna see something or hoping a herd of deer would walk out.
We get into the woods, we all go our separate ways to our shacks. Being my dad, uncle Sam and myself. I make my way to my shack and my door is froze on my shack, can't get it opened for anything, and my fingers are freezing just from trying. So I call my dad and he comes to my rescue to let me in, into the warm enclosed shack.
As the sun rose, the wind started spinning faster and harder. Then it started snowing, it was so beautiful. I was hoping it would accumulate but it didn't. Before leaving my shack I saw a flock of turkeys. They were huge! There was at least 10-15! If they were closer I would of shot one but maybe next time.
Didn't end up going hunting that night due to family Christmas with Ray's side of the family. Since we were all together for Thanksgiving we decided to do Christmas too!
Merry Christmas

We had such a good time. Thank you all for everything. We miss you all and hope to see you soon.
