Road Trip

Day 2

Was spent with the lovely Aunt Jan and Uncle Ferg. Being it is Sunday we went to church with Aunt Jan. Her church reminded me of the Baptist church in Carson City. It was small, personable, and traditional. Just before the service ended we got a show. Your probably thinking what kind of show? OR what are you talking about, a show at church. Well, there was this couple sitting right in front of us as well as their friend. The couple had a baby and the baby was crying. The mom was holding the baby and was sitting in the middle between her husband and her friend needing to get out. So her friend on her left stood up, and GUESS what happened? You will never guess so it here it goes. First let me feel you in on how she looked. She was a bigger gal wearing those skinny jeans that looked about two sizes too small. She kept trying to pull them up but wasn't working.

So here it goes...the mom needed to get out of the pew due to her child crying. As her friend gets up her jeans come down below her butt (not kidding) and she gives all of us a full moon. Needless to say she didn't have any underwear on either!

What a wonderful morning at church!

Aunt Jan had prepared lunch, lasagna it was delicious! She had invited her sister Charity over to visit with us. Since she hasn't scene Ray in forever and I don't think she has ever met me. We had such a great time. Oh, and Aunt Jan made the best peanut butter pie ever! It was so rich but I was determined to eat the my whole piece which I did accomplish.

Ray and his Aunt Charity

After lunch and after Ray's nap Aunt Jan took us to Kraynaks (comparable to a Garden Ridge). It is a Christmas shopping store. It has everything to toys, stuffed animals, plants, trees. They have a part of the store blocked off just for the special decorated trees for Christmas. After the Christmas season you can purchase one of these trees. Aunt Jan had said the trees are decorated different every year. They were all so pretty.

This one is for you Laura

We ended the night with leftovers for dinner and relaxed watching NFL football.
