Tomlinson Family Visit

My mother-in-laws son, Jon, daughter-in-law, Stephaine and grandson, Miles arrived Tuesday July 6th to visit for a few days. They only come once a year so it’s always nice to see them. We didn’t do much. We mostly spend our time at the pool trying to stay cool and inside playing Yahtzee. Miles brought his cousin Ishmael and Stephanie brought her sister Michelle. The first night Ishmael was very sick with an upset stomach. Thought he was anxious to stay overnight far away from home. After a day of resting for Ishmael he was ready to play on Wednesday. Went swimming, fishing, and they helped cook dinner with Uncle Jon.








Thursday was the pool again and board games. The boys’ favorite game was Yahtzee…every time we would roll we would say “Yahtzee” hoping we would get it…or whatever we were going for that particular turn we would yell out what number we needed hoping that would help to our advantage.






After our last game of Yahtzee it was time for our company to leave. It was a very emotional. We will miss you Miles, Stephanie, Ishmael, and Michelle. We all really enjoyed seeing you all and hope to see you all again soon.
