Ray's working in China

The time has finally come for Ray to go to China for three weeks. We've both been dreading this moment. Ray was dreading it more than me. His company has a personal driver that picks them up drives them to the airport and etc. The driver arrived at our house around 9:30am to take him to the Columbia airport. As I kissed him goodbye and walked back through the screen door I shed a few tears.

After he had left I made a list of things I wanted to get done and thought it would be a good way for me to keep busy so I wouldn't get down with the blues. Most of my list consistent of cleaning (spring cleaning) each room getting deep cleaned from top to bottom. Some people would rather prefer doing some other activity more relaxing but I seem to enjoy cleaning and organizing.

Today being Tuesday night I got an email from Ray saying that he had arrived to China safely. I was very excited to see that new message in my inbox.

Ray says:
Got to the hotel pretty late last night (late Tuesday night), so I just went to bed. Anyway got to Quingdao ok,and the hotel is very nice. However they lost one of my bags between Detroit and Shanghai so that kind of sucks. And of course it was the one with my stuff in it, all of the Chinese guys goodies made it through safe lol. Going to get some breakfast in a bit so hope you are having a good night at work.

I will keep y'all updated on Rays time in China.
