What is Bubba's Dish of The Day: its Bubba researching for new recipes on the internet or in her cookbooks. After choosing the best recipe for that day she will then make that new recipe. Then she will do an overview of how the recipe turned out and most of all how her husband Ray rated the dish of the day.
This is my first week and day of doing dish of the day and will continue doing it each week till the end of the year. All of my readers let me know if you have tried any of the dishes I will be preparing and how your family enjoys or dislikes these wonderful dishes.
Bubba's first recipe is from Kraftfoods.com called: Tuna Cakes

3/4
cup water
1
carrot, shredded (didn't do this)
1/3
cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
2
Tbsp. CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish
Heat large skilled, spray with cooking spray, use ice cream scooper to scoop out portions of the tuna in batches
Flatten into patties and fry until golden brown on each side, careful turning the patties
I made this recipe last night for dinner and it was a hit for both of us. It was easy enough that I had it all prepared ready to go waiting for me in the fridge. I didn't make dinner till late because we each had late lunches. Ray ensured me to keep this recipe around because he enjoyed so much. This was a big hit and I highly recommend this to all my fellow readers. If your thinking it tastes all fishy and gross, your wrong. Its delicious! Go ahead and try it!
Sounds like ray gets the best end of that deal there, lol. He is a lucky man to have such a talented and loving wife. Keep all of us informed on your dishes and how they turn out . Ill send you over some of my fav. Dishes from pampered chef. Oh and sounds like you have got someone trying to run some of those pyramids on you and don't fall for the buddy trick cause they're trying to build up your trust then screw you . RUN.......

Good Choice for an evening meal --- this may even work for a sandwich at lunch time too. I'll give it a try some day soon --- thanks for the new recipe!! Keep up the good work!
