R & J Update

I haven't posted in awhile...thought I would let you know what we've been up to. Ummm....let me try to think. 2 weeks ago was a date afternoon. Ray took me to the movies to watch the Disney movie Nine. It was a good movie very different and creative. I really enjoyed it. You may not like it because its not like any other movie, its dark and you may not get connect with it like any other Disney film but it is only 1 1/2 long. So go check it out if your interested. We also went to the movies last week to see Its Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs! Which was again a very creative film!
Last weekend I had to work at the Clemson Football game vs. Texas Christian...which they ended up loosing. And again no tips for me from working the press boxes. I had my game on, making sure all of my owners had all that they needed without asking before hand. But that didn't work either...I'm just hoping they give me a big tip at the end of the year.
I've been feeling really homesick lately...I think since October 1st is here and its the opening of bow hunting season and I'm not able to go hunting with my dad this year. It just gets to me when I think about the weather and how it feels when your out in the woods everything goes and there you are in the woods alone and free. Its just you and the deer. Its so relaxing. I miss that adrenaline RUSH!
This weekend has been great. No home Clemson game...I get 2 days OFF!!! I'm so excited. Friday, slept in ate lunch then Ray and I went shopping. Ray wanted to buy a new mouse for his computer-our 1st stop was Target, he headed for the electronics I was stuck at the front of the store suckered into looking at the Halloween decorations. I know I don't need to buy anymore but everything is just so darn cute I just want it, but Ray stopped me and I didn't buy anything at Target! Ray didn't find a mouse there so he said "Can we go to Best Buy" of course I said. So I dropped him off and waited in the car, because Best Buy really isn't my kind of store. Again no mouse that he wanted. While he got back in the car I noticed his jeans were wearing out and I said you need a new pair of jeans, he said "yeah I know". I said you got them at Wal-Mart, do you want really want to go there to get a new pair. Were not big fans of Wal-Mart so that's why I asked. So we ventured into Wal-Mart, me looking through the Halloween decorations trying to figure out what to be for my party. Ray had said he was gonna be a Blind Ref, and I was like what, that doesn't make sense. Then I found a costume of the same thing for $20. I instantly called Ray and told him and he instantly came over to see. We both were laughing. Ray explained to me what the Blind Ref meant...You know how your watching a game and people are yelling at the refs saying man didn't you see that are you blind? So that's were he go the idea. I thought it was pretty brilliant. Well for my Halloween Costume I had bought orange and black stripped tights from Goodwill were still in the package from Target! I've been trying to figure out what I'll be and Ray helped me figure that out. I wanted to be something fun because I wanted to get my hair done (full and wacky and get my makeup done) but I figured I didn't want to pay for it, so I decided to be a witch, since I found this really cool witch hat at Wal-Mart! I'm getting really excited. We also went to Goodwill I had to drop some things off and I also wanted to drop in to see what they had. I wanted to find shoes for my costume and Ray had to find some things for his costume, which he did. I had fun just taking my time looking through everything...After an hour or so in Goodwill it was time to go home for dinner which was steak, mashed potatoes, and green beans with bacon. We watched Finding Forrester which I highly recommend, and I ended up doing needless things around the house then it was off to bed and to start a new day.
Hope every one is having a great weekend. Today is Michigan vs. Michigan State. Sad to say I think Michigan isn't going to pull this one of to win...they need to learn how to catch the ball!! Its very frustrating. Well miss y'all and can't wait to see my family. xoxoxoxoxoxo
