Sunday - went to church, missed Sunday school again. We don't mean to miss the class but I guess I'm just used to sleeping in and forgetting to set my alarm which again is no excuse. I hope to be there next Sunday. In the afternoon I scrap booked for a little while and then it was date night with Ray.We went to movies to see Zombie land which I highly recommend. Usually when you think of zombie movies you think scary but this was a comedy made you laugh not cringe.
Monday - Went to the video store, which if you don't know is my favorite thing to do. I love watching movies and my goal was to get some that were about Halloween but weren't too scary because if I do watch those kind than I end up freaking myself out more than anything. As I arrived to the video store, I really wanted to get Hocus Pocus since that is one of my favorite Halloween movies of all time but it was out. All of the good ones were already taken. So I settled for Little Monsters with Fred Savage and Haunted Mansion with Eddy Murphy.
After watching The Haunted Mansion Ray decided he would show me a real Halloween movie. Again, off to the video store. He picked out 28 days later - which was another zombie movie but was scarier than Zombieland. I picked out The Exersist, the original. I had watched it in middle school with my friends and wanted Ray to see it. I didn't think it was that scary but it was more disturbing and creepy than anything. I don't think we'll be watching either of these movies ever again.
Hocus Pocus is MY FAVORITE TOO! LOL!
