Ray finally made it home safe and sound. He was originally arriving Friday but they postponed it due to his work not getting done. So Wednesday was the big day. I was able to switch shifts with one of the servers so would be home. Little did he know I was riding to the airport with Haier's driver.
His flight was suppose to arrive in Columbia at 7:30 but he texted me about 4PM and said their flight had been cancelled and that they were flying to Charlotte instead and arriving at the same time. I immediately contacted the driver to see what time I had to be ready if we needed to leave earlier, but he decided to still leave at the same time so no worries.
As we pulled up to the airport Ray and two of his coworkers were standing there waiting. As we got closer I was very excited to see him and very glad to have him home. He on the other hand was surprised I was there but was very tired from all the traveling.
