On the Road Again/Crazy Hair with the Girls

Last minute change of plans, the McCallisters now on their way to visit the Mixon's. Made it in time for a good home cooked meal (David's famous pork on the grill and Liane's rice with tomatoes) it was all delicious.

Saturday the girls got us all up early to head to the beach. Had planned leaving a 9am but if y'all spent some time with the Mixon's you know they're not on time. Now its 10ish and were on the road headed for the beach. Finally, we arrive 2hrs and 7mil down the island later. Soak myself and Ray up in sunblock knowing this is our first time out in the sun. Wanted to get a little sun before the cruise but didn't want to get burnt. Now Ray on the other hand felt like he was getting burnt immediately, he had a towel over his body and a shirt over his head. Needless to say he was the least to get burnt. 2hrs and a cold shower later we were on our way back to my brothers. Oh, didn't tell you that the car is packed full of young-ins (some were my brothers and some weren't) which were my nieces friends. Finally, we made it back home to watch the Michigan State game, needles to say it was a sorry game.

Brittney Delaney and I decided to do makeovers on each other. Brittney did my hair, and we both did Delaney's hair. Courtney was sleeping and Ashley was at work so that's why there not in any of the pictures.
