Are you Organized?

Friday spent the day spring cleaning. You ever get the urge to clean and organize? If not, I'm that person. I've noticed my house is getting a little too cluttered and I want to downsize and get rid of things that we're not using. I first started in the kitchen, noticed the oven was a disaster (it might not of been that bad) but it was in adire need of cleaning. As I got the kitchen cleaned made my way to my bedroom closet.

It seems like I'm always cleaning it or organizing it,thought it was due to be cleaned, a good deep cleaning if you may. I've been shopping at yard sales and thrift stores getting new things and thought its time to make room for the new. In the middle of cleaning I called Ray down to ask for help, actually just told him I need more storage. You know for my shoes, sweatshirts and etc. So after he made me lunch we ventured out to Lowe's to see what kind of closet organization they had. I ended up buying a hanging shoe rack, which works great and holds lots of shoes. You could probably put T-shirts or sweatshirts in there as well. Here is a few pictures from my spring cleaning.

After a wonderful lunch was back on track toward cleaning. Organized my closet by seasons, first you have your sweaters, long sleeve shirts, dress pants, jeans, then short sleeve shirts, skirts, dresses and accessories.





Yesterday, I organized my bathroom. I know that sounds crazy. But it makes me happy that I can find what I'm looking for and most of all that its clean and that its organized. Also, organized my makeup. I had bought three new makeup bags, one is for lipsticks, one is for eye wear, and the last one is for foundation and check color.

My goal is to clean every room in our house and organize as well as get rid of stuff we don't need or use. I already have a pile started to give away. Laura let me know if you want to have a yard sale or if anyone you know would be interested.
