Bubba's Dish of The Day


Red Velvet Cake Truffles

Ingredients
1 box of red velvet cake
1 16oz. cream cheese frosting
1 package of chocolate almond bark

Directions
Bake cake mix as directions on box show
Let cake cool, then crumble into pieces in a large bowl


Mix the cream cheese frosting with the cake (its easier to do with your hands)
When completely mixed, roll into 1-2 inch balls and place on cookie sheet


Then roll each ball into the chocolate and drop on aluminum foil until they harden


Put in freezer when completed


Comments: I gave this out to my friends and family for Christmas and they said these were are delicious, amazing and that I could sell these for lots of money. So please try these and let me know y'all think!
