Well as far as our home goes, I know your all wondering if our home in Anderson has SOLD and the answer is NO! Within the last month we had gotten a new Realtor since our home was listed with Re-Max and they had closed the office in Anderson. Our Realtor with Re-Max had said we could stay with her or find a new Realtor, so we decided to stay with the company that was gonna be taking over the Re-Max office since they already our information.
We had listed with this Realtor the remaining weeks we had left with our last Realtor. He seemed a little mad or frustrated that we only wanted to do it for a month to see how he did and if we liked him we would sign a longer contract. Now our time is up, and we have to decide what to do. I think Ray decided to stay with him. But we just don't want it to be another year, hoping our house will sell within the next 3-6 months.
If anyone has any advice on a good Realtor or has a friend looking for a home in the Anderson area please show them our home. It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, big living room and nice kitchen. Here is a link http://www.trulia.com/property/1046564234-313-Greenforest-Dr-Anderson-SC-29625
Also, here is another home that we've looked at and fell in love with. It is in a neighborhood but hooks up to woods in the backyard and the side lot. The yard needs some work, if we do buy this place we (I) hope to hire a landscaper.

Tell us what home you like the best! Our favorite is the first one...but were interested in what y'all think too.
Until next time,
Love Bubba

Bubba,
ReplyDeleteI like them both! There's something about the little white house that is just so cute to me though! But once you get in there and fix it up it won't matter because it'll look awesome where ever ya are! P.S. Did you get the reference letter?
No I didn't.
