Michigan Vacation

Our vacation started on Friday the 12th. We left our house about 7:30 to go pick up Bill then on our way toward Atlanta to get on I 75. Doesn't it seem funny going south when Michigan is north but the reason for this is an avalanche in Ashville and they won't fix it till the spring or summer. The sunshine didn't come out until yesterday (Tuesday).

We arrived at Ray's sisters house (Marie's) house about 1 am. Saturday was spent inside playing board games and eating the famous Main Street Pizza.

Sunday-we went to church then to Bill and Candi's for lunch. It was amazing. The table was full of food and good company. It was nice to have a home cooked meal and to be with family. Then it was on our way to Okemos to see my sisters and their little ones. Regina and Kent came over with Kent Jr, Reina,and Eileen. We played a new game for (me) called Settlers which if you haven't its really fun.

Monday, was at my sisters Jess's house. Regina and her kids came over. It was so much fun seeing them and playing games. Jess gave me cute new sexy haircut. Jess and Paul took us out for Sushi for my birthday and let me tell you it was the best sushi I've ever had! Thanks Jess and Paul love you lots.

Tuesday, got my hair colored-which again looks hot and sexy! Marie had called and said she was going to the zoo so Jess brought the kids and off to the zoo we went. Marie and Asher were done with the zoo so we played with them on the playground. Then it was on our way to the zoo, Hudson was so excited. There weren't a lot of animals out but we had a good time. After the zoo Ray let me stop and do a little thrift store shopping. Then it was to Meijer for my favorite gummies for the ride home. Dinner was spent at Sheil's Tavern for Taco Tuesday-the best tacos ever! We went to Shawn and Josh's and watched Shaun of the Dead (which is like Zombie land but not as good) but still funny. We stayed the night with Josh and Shawn.


Were having so much fun with family. I'll post pictures soon.
